Pumping Marvellous - Campaign Design

The Pumping Marvellous Foundation (PMF) is the UK’s patient-led heart failure charity. We met PMF when they needed a new website, so when they needed help to get the blood pumping around their awareness campaigns we were delighted to work with them again.

The Brief

WHAT THEY NEEDED

PMF was founded by a heart failure patient whose rehabilitation experiences were instrumental to the Foundation’s goals of being a patient-centric charity that’s focused on improved patient outcomes. The web redesign that we did for PMF promoted help and advice for real people who are living with (or caring for someone) with a very serious condition.
Based around a comic book superhero theme, the narrative we laid for them created awareness for heart illnesses in an eye-catching, upbeat manner. However, the success of this redesign deserved a campaign to support it, create awareness, and ultimately promote all of the charitable activities PMF are associated with.

Initial Investigations

HOW WE APPROACHED IT

PMF absolutely loved the hero narrative that we’d designed for them on their new site, and so we were keen to return to it and push it even further. As a result, we decided to create a bespoke suite of digital design assets for them.
A key consideration for us was the need to make sure that all our campaign designs were interchangeable and flexible enough to be used across multiple platforms and activities.

The Solution

We gave PMF the power to further promote and create long-term awareness for both themselves and all of the charitable organisations they support.
